Third Degree Entertainment ("we," "us") runs trivia, weddings, and events in Spokane, WA and Coeur d'Alene, ID. This page explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain. What we collect

  • When you request a quote or contact us. Our quote form is provided by HoneyBook. If you use it, you give us things like your name, email, phone number, and details about your event. We only get what you choose to type in.
  • When you send host feedback. Our feedback form collects your message, and optionally your name and contact info if you want a reply. Name and contact are not required.
  • When you request a song. The song request feature does not ask for any personal information. You pick a song and it's added to the venue's playlist. We don't create an account for you or store who you are.
  • Automatically. Like most websites, our host's servers record basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. This site does not run its own advertising or analytics trackers.

Third-party services

We use a few outside services to run the site. When you interact with their features, your information is handled under their privacy policies, and some may set their own cookies:

  • HoneyBook — our quote / "request a quote" form.
  • Netlify — website hosting and the feedback form.
  • Spotify — the song request feature.
  • Google Forms — the trivia answer sheets used during games.
  • Our separate merch store, linked from the menu.

How we use your information

  • To respond to you, give you a quote, and book and run your event.
  • To run trivia nights and the song request feature.
  • To read and act on host feedback.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers listed above so they can run the features you use, or if we're required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and event information as long as we need it to respond to you and run your event, and feedback for as long as it's useful. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling 509.389.6324 or using our Contact page. You can also use your browser settings to block cookies, though some embedded features (like the quote form) may not work fully if you do.

Children

This website is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
